Onboarding is a one-time fee from $1,499 that moves you onto the Stack and locks in the facts your site and your agents speak from. You can migrate an existing site or build a new one from scratch, with DNS setup, email security, GEO configuration, structured data, and an AIO baseline. It is framed as onboarding, not the price of a website. Larger sites are scoped by need and agreed in writing.

Every account comes with agents configured for your business by BeargrassAI, the first of which we call Pip. They work on your approved facts, the SPIM layer, to keep your business information accurate and your presence sharp, and they gain new capabilities like analytics and research over time. They work only from facts you approved, so nothing about your business is invented. They are included with every Stack account and never separately priced.

Yes, as custom work. A customer-facing chatbot that answers your site visitors is a separate service, built by integrating with chatbot providers and quoted by conversation. It is not the same as the agents that come with your account, and it is not included in the Stack.
