First call
What the first call looks like.
Half an hour on the phone or on video. You talk about your business and what you are trying to do. Mark asks a few questions and listens.
At the end, Mark tells you honestly whether a BeargrassAI build is right for you, or whether a free fix or a different vendor would serve you better. If it is a fit, Mark sends a short proposal. If it is not, you have spent thirty minutes learning something useful and nobody has pitched you anything.
