Your question
What happens when I want bookings and payments on my site?
Station 01 · Together:
The conversation, and the quote.
What you sell, how you take bookings today, and whether you want booking online, the counter, or both.
Station 02 · You:
Your Stripe account, in your name.
You give your identity and bank details on Stripe's own pages, from a link we send. We never see your documents.
Station 03 · Us:
What you sell.
We set up what can be booked, the bays or rooms it uses, and each price and deposit.
Station 04 · You:
Your prices and your policy.
You check each price and deposit, and the policy your customers agree to. After that, a price you change is live at once.
Station 05 · You:
The reader, if you want the counter.
You buy the Stripe card reader, and it's yours. The counter needs an internet connection to take cards.
Station 06 · Us:
The counter.
We set it up at an address of your own, behind a sign-in. Every money action records who did it.
Station 07 · Us:
Your website.
How bookings reach your site is settled in the conversation. For work at your customer's place, often a form or a call.
Station 08 · Us:
Your name on everything.
Emails go out under your business's name, and replies come to you. Receipts carry your legal name, matched to your Stripe account.
Station 09 · Us:
Proof before day one.
Every change is tried on our own test business first. Before your first day, one small real charge goes through, refunded at once.
Station 10 · Us:
The guide.
We hand you the counter's guide: six parts and 31 common tasks, with pictures from a sample day.
Day one:
Open, on your own Stripe.
The money goes into your own Stripe account, in your name. We only ever receive our fee, checked against Stripe's own records.
